Regional NSW wins big from new Coalition climate change policy, Nat Senators say

Families and businesses in regional Australia now have a clear choice on climate change action with the release of the Coalition’s new “Rewarding a Greener Australia” policy, according to New South Wales’ two Nationals senators Fiona Nash and John Williams.

FEDERAL OPPOSITION LEADER LEARNS ABOUT CARBON SEQUESTRATION

On Australia Day, Senator Williams hosted a visit by Federal Opposition Leader Tony Abbott.  They attended the open air church service and bush breakfast in Tamworth before travelling to Cam and Rocky McKellar's property "Inverary Downs" at Spring Ridge. ITINERARY FOR NRAC VISIT THIS WEDNESDAY

The visit to the Bundarra and Bingara areas by the National Rural Advisory Council this Wednesday will hopefully bring a positive result for farming families, according to The Nationals Senator for New South Wales John Williams.

Senator Williams said three members of NRAC from Western Australia, Victoria and the Walcha district will be accompanied by an official from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
